FUSION YOGA - pre-register for classes, $40 for 4 consecutive classes. Limited Space - a lot of hands on assistance!  

CLASSES: A Gentle has easy movements and slow transitions through out to facilitate deep relaxation, calming of the nervous system and opening of the joints.  For every body. In a Moderate class you may sweat or find a simple stretch here, come make it your own!  Vigorous but not advanced, plan to sweat, move, and amaze yourself! Experience is helpful due to the pace and asana but not required.  Advance asana are offered as an option. What is it? Yoga Nidra a systematic tradidtional approach to deep relaxation. Then there is Yin (quiet, slow, deep, non heat building) long held stretches for spine and hips focusing on releasing/lengthening connective tissue.  Great for injury prevention and rehabilitation.  Deep Restore is open to all levels of fitness and no yoga experience is needed. This is simply a time to deeply unwind and relax. All classes will be a combination of simple stretches, guided relaxation, yin yoga, and yoga nidra.  Private Sessions Do you wish to deepen your personal practice, expand your knowledge, get more out of each class you attend, and attain your true health goals?
