Fusion Studio offers a yoga experience that resides beyond the mat. Here we explore yoga with a compassionate heart and without self judgment. Each class has elements of meditation, asanas (postures), and pranayam (breath). Increase awareness of bodily sensation, feelings, thoughts, and emotions by finding your own edge of each posture. This allows for compassionate self acceptance that expands beyond the formal practice on the mat and into life.
