HOT Core Yoga an exhilarating and challenging class that focuses the muscles of the back and abdomen, the room is heated to 85° .
Power Yoga warm up this winter and find your power! This class will combine breath work and meditation with a strength building vinyasa flow. A challenging practice open to intermediate and advanced students, or anyone who wants to build a stronger practice. Detoxify, energize, and find your center.
Vinyasa Yoga is method of synchronizing breath with movement. Classes use proper alignment principles based on lines of energy, the body follows what feels appropriate. Clear instruction on alignment principles help to decrease risk of injury.
It is suggested that you have some yoga experience prior to trying a
vinyasa class but not required.
Level 1- Beginner is open to all. Come in and
explore yoga at a pace suitable for beginners or any student looking for
a gentle meditative flow.
Level 2-Moderate is open to all, modifications can be made for those working with limitations due to injury, pain, or illness. Class is taught at a moderate pace with emphasis on alignment, instructed with modifications for beginners and advanced students.
Level 3-Vigorous refers to a physically challenging class. It is open to experienced yogi and has a faster flow and is more strenuous than other classes. Opened to explore at your own comfortable pace.
