Healthy Lifestyle Coaching:  Not interest in yoga postures but know you need some guidance and support?  Katy has extensive training in the science of yoga; health for mind, body, and spirit.  Lifestyle coaching with Katy will focus beyond the yoga postures, developing a connection with: dreams and consciousness, goals and habitual patterns, body types and nutritional support, and daily routines.  Sessions are an hour long, fun, and light hearted.  Life is not suppose to be an up hill battle.

Yoga Massage includes rocking, compression, and deep stretching to release tension and stiffness in the muscles and joints.  Excellent for yogis!  Please wear loose clothing. 

Swedish Massage is a lighter form of massage using long flowing strokes to enhance circulation, relieve tension, and soothe tired muscles.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy work that uses universal life force energy to balance the body and promote healing.  Gentle, soothing and has been known to help heal any concern at a deep level.

Guided Deep Relaxation can be done alone or as a part of another bodywork session.  Deep relaxation in of itself has profound healing benefits on all the body's systems.

Deep Tissue Massage utilizes deep pressure and neuromuscular techniques to help unlock muscle tension patterns, reducing muscle related pain, improving posture, and enhancing circulation. 

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a pure detoxification of the body.  This technique stimulates the lymphatics to help reduce swelling and aids in the removal of toxins throughout the body. Facilitates healing the immune  system.

Reflexology works specific points on the feet which correspond to different areas of the body, balancing whole body’s energy flow.
